Standard wiring:
Pin4=Audio
Pin1=Shield
Pin2=N/C
Pin5=Receive
Pin3=Transmit



TRC-23B 'NAVAHO', TRC-40 'NAVAHO PRO'

Pin 1 - Audio
Pin 2 - Shield
Pin 3 - Gnd on TX

......which is why I asked which model. And for future reference, the mic for the
TRC-24B does -not- use the familiar DIN-type connector, and while the pinouts
are correct and pin 2 is not connected in the radio, the mic was used with other
radios and was wired so pin 2 is shorted to pin 4 in Rx.
