Does anyone know anything about Dartz brand linear amplifiers. I think this
one is 50 watts. Do they have a clean output? Are they problematic? Any comments appreciated. Chris |

That means 12.5 watts RMS in AM which won't even double your range, and would just barely double the range in SSB. Hardly worth the effort when a better antenna will do the same job for both transmit AND receive. -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 100,000 Newsgroups - 19 Different Servers! =----- |

50 watts can make a decent driver in certain applications.
