My name is John and I live in Detroit, Michigan.

I will pay $1000.00 US american Dollers to whoever that can provide me with
solid factual evidence as to whom the person is that is harassing Chuck K8CPA.
This person is posting from the Verio, If anyone know for sure and can provide
me with FACTUAL PROOF as to this persons true ID. please contact me at niw2004
at aol.com. it is a working address and all informaton is held in confidence,
your privacy is assured.

I, for one, want this person caught and banned from using this newsgroup, be a
court of law, as does Chuck, but he needs factual proof to give to a attorney.

Well "John", you should check with your attorney first. The process is to file
your complaint against "unknown person or persons....", and then you can serve a
subpoena on the ISP who will be more than happy to finger the person or persons
responsible. You might also discuss with your attorney about what constitutes
'harassment' on Usenet, how you are going to counter the fact that he continues
to post despite this 'harassment', and the fact that Chuck has been the source
of much of the same type of 'harassment'......

There are two usenet groups for private investigators. Post there. They
will do the contacting of the ISP's to get access to the Posting Host logs
and those give the exact name/address/phone number of the person who did the
post. I think they actually file a harassment suit, then the ISP coughs
it up at the beginning in a "motion of discovery", but I am not a PI or
lawyer so I don't want to give you false info. Go to the PI groups.
