Will it work on 11 meters?

I agree with IANG on this one, Steve. Lets make a site called
rec-radio-cb.com or something, not someone's personal numbers, even if the
person is an asshole. I wouldn't want someone making a domain based on my
phone number or drivers license number just because they didn't like me.
