TRS-232 Handheld AM CB - Require schematic or service manual

Hi Guys,

Does anyone out there have a service manual or schematic for this
radio? I have one that will not power up, and I am not sure that it
is repairable. Don't want to spend $50 on a manual if it is garbage.
