Just because it's a small amp doesn't mean it sucks. Everyone doesn't
need huge watts to get around the world......I've been a huge proponent
of low power worldwide dx for years.
I hardly think think the FCC would be interested in these plans merely
because your opinion says the amp sucks. Besides, why does it suck? Is
the bias off? What radio did you try this amp with? Did you try and put
the amp together and run into problems? The plans have been implemented
by many operators, which is why they continue to be a popular offering.

Heck, you can find plans on the Internet to make bombs using
fertilizer. Here I have severe problems for weeks whilst changing
ISPs and you come back stirring the pot ;)
