Default Best CB Radio 2004

I've been away from CB's for some time. What's the best unit to buy if
money is not an issue? And #2 what the best radio for the buck? Thanks

All CB radios are JUNK.
Made in China ****.or copies of the same copies.
When is there going to be a new radio developed from the ground up.

Thank-you for your input, not some irrelevant commentary. I've heard
positive things about the Uniden/President Grant.

I don't things CB's are going to go away for a while. Too many
truckers out there, not to mention the enthusiasts.

Good god! What's the price of that one? Looks great! I like the XLR mic
input! think it has Phantom power on it to use a real broadcast mic, OR
think of the pro level processing you could put in front of it to punch it
up . something like this: http://www.tcelectronic.com/Triple-C.

Hmmmm, The possibilities are endless!

Hopefully, your poor beleaguered mommy keeps all the sharp
metal objects out of your reach. ;-}

The best CB would be the Cobra 2000 for a base and the Cobra 148GTL for a
mobile. BUT, you have to get the older mobile made in the Phillipines.
The board is made by Uniden. The new Cobra radios are junk!

The Uniden Grant XL is also a great radio (same thing as the 148).

If you want an import radio. The Galaxy DX-2527 is the way to go. Good
clean radio without the stinger board on the back!

The best CB antenna made today is the Interceptor 10K...
