"freedom of communications" only pertains to verbal communications not radio
or TV ect.
I can only surmise you believe you have rights in this issue the same as
others believe they have the right to drive a car. You do not. Radio
communications and driving a car are privileges granted by higher
authorities and are subject to termination should that privilege be abused.
