Then there is no reason for your stated ignorance above, as it's wrong.
HR 2346 sheds light on your bewilderment concerning this issue. It does
not give states any rights, only local jurisdictions.

Again, you are the one making incorrect claims about the law. If you
were to become educated on communication law, you wouldn't be making
