Sure did, and that's a plain shame. They had muti General Lee's to
destroy in the name of boss hog and rosco.

When they did the Starsky and Hutch movie, they had trouble getting
the Torinos.

Didn't they re-cycle torinos into pinto's?

I think they used something like 11 Torinos. But had trouble because
most were gone. I think they had to use collectors' cars.

Remember the Mustang II? What a **** hunk, except those chassis work
well for many other applications.


The front end. The rest is some sort of Pinto-Capri mish mosh.

Yea it bolts up with a little modification to other vintage body's too.
They're still in demand for just that.
