RCI 2950 on EBAY

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=5777071588

Im selling a Ranger RCI-2950 mobile transceiver with an after market
Astatic D104 hand held microphone (stock mic included), and a Trip Lite
7 amp power supply.

The 2950 was modified to cover from 26Mhz - 32Mhz this included the 11
Meter Citizens Band. The radio was also modified for louder audio and
higher modulating power.
I paid $359.99 for the radio new.

The Astatic D104 hand held is well known in the CB world as the best
mic you can buy for mobile use. The mic is wired for the RCI-2950 using
the 6 pin plug from the stock mic.
These sell anywhere for $50-80 bucks

The Trip Lite power supply is only 7 amps and will power the 2950 but
should be upgraded to at least a 15 amp supply. I'm only including it
because I no longer have a use for it. I bought this item used and it
has surface rust on the metal casing.

This bundleis worth well over $400.00 new and I will part with the lot
for as little as $200.00 that is what I set the reserve at on ebay. The
starting bid is $5.00
Happy Bidding.

PS there are photos of all the listed items on the ebay listing.

All I have ever seen anyone use a D104 for is making a cheap radio sound
like an even cheaper walmart, price reduced, sale item (those guys sure
never heard quality audio in their life!)... who wants to talk to some
idiot that sounds like a mentally impared weirdo screaming into a mike with
a bad lisp and naturally distorted voice...

Warmest regards,
John

Pity. Most familiar with cb are very familar with the quality hand held
D104s like the one you refer, but are just learning about. Two models,
the M6b and the M6c are very stealth and they rock! Nothing at all like
the lollipop D104 sound.

(those guys sure never heard quality audio in

their life!)...

Cb doesn't look for FM broadcast-like audio,,,,,when one becomes that
concerned with their audio and they blame everyone else on the band for
poor audio, it's time to move on to hammie radio, completely bypassing
the nocode and going to the next level.

That's what some here come across as, especially when they can't
properly read or comprehend the post they respond.

How old are you, you know, they have medication for that now--allows one to
be more coherent!

Consult your geriatric physician, he can help, there is hope!

Its bad when a radio cannot be sold, because someone
is a dumb ass.
