Hello Sandra

There are a number of answers. Might I ask you to check out this URL:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HamRadioHelpGroup

The gang will try and answer you truthfully. I suspect there are no folks
that will flame you, but if someone tries I can guarantee you the will be
gone. Forever.

The answer is not totally straightforward, but I will try and answer and so
will many others. Please check the group out. We welcome CBers, scanner
enthusiasts, and others. We do try and present honest, balanced answers.
It is *not* a flame group.

BTW, we have members from many countries and that is why we can supply many
answers. None of us knows all of the facts, but between the group, we
usually can come up with the pertinent data.

Best regards from Rochester, NY
Jim
