You can always tell when the sunspot cycle is
getting low! =A0 =A0 when cb crap starts showing up
on the chopping block for sale! =A0 =A0
Eat your heart out and stay on 2 meter because that's where you belong.
300 or 3,000
wont get you out during a poor conditions on
the bands!!!
But location sometimes will. And when long distance propagation is poor,
local dx (all across and up and downt the state) works just fine.
Besides, down here we don't lose the propagation like you suffer. Texas
and the other gulf states are most always available.
Can the 10 meter stuff, and get on 6, =A0 better
openings!
