New specially designed watt meter just for CB'ers!
New specially designed watt meter just for CB'ers! It will read up to 10 gazillion watts and has four power range settings. The engineer setting - 100 watts in reads 100 watts on the meter. The bragging CB'er setting - 100 watts in reads 400 watts on the meter. The Elkin setting - 100 watts in reads a dead key of 75 and swings to 750 watts. The DaveMade setting - 100 watts in reads 1500 watts and then your amplifier blows up. : ) |
Oops. I forgot one setting. The Palomar Elite 300 setting - Your amplifier dead keys different amounts from day to day, and your sideband audio sounds like crap. About all I know for sure about the DaveMade is the owner has to put it in the repair shop about once a month, and it only takes about 100 real watts to step on him. |
