WTB: President Jackson?? Anyone?
 

I'm looking for a President Jackson, but apparently they are getting hard to
find. I had one back around 1990 and thought it was a great radio, and would
like to have another one to compliment my 2510.
If anyone knows where I could find these radio's let me know.
Other then Ebay, I found one on there, but it has the black face plate, mine
had the silver face plate.

In Finland we have lot of Jacksons for sale used and new. But hardcore
CB-users prefer Lincoln. ;)

Jackson is a great radio. I purchased one from CBC Int'l around 1986 when
they were first introduced. Lou will deny that he ever sold the radio.

Thr GRANT export is much better.High level modulation and more stable
SSB...The PC 999 chassis...
NOT the Superstar clone ripoffs.

I had a Jackson some years ago, and to me it was just as good as my
GRANT, except it had FM (which I never liked in the way the heat sinks
got too hot. Good luck in finding one, and if you do, please let us
know how much it cost you. I paid about $375 for mine, nearly 20 years
ago
