Vintage SBE Trinidad III 40 CH CB Base (NR!)

I don't know much about CB radios, I am a ham. This is a vintage SBE
Trinidad III 40 Channel CB Base station. This was purchased at a recent
local estate sale. It does power up and the receiver seems to work. I
did hook it up to and old mag mount antenna and I tried to transmit.
The relay did click on but the MOD light did not. I am not sure what is
wrong with it so this would be a good unit for someone who would want
to fix it or might be good for parts. Also the meter did not move when
I tried to transmit. It has a few small scratches. So be advised that
this unit is sold "as is", bid accordingly.
