Doubtful. The governor is an intelligent man and made no mention of cb.
Acceptance of criticism of ham radio has always been a sore spot for
some ham ops, regardless the origin. Some, like yourself, steadfastly
refuse to accept what is given them in black and white if it happens to
contrast with your myopia.
