I have a very small (and cheap!) 24" antenna. Its sub par and the
antenna is too short for a good SWR reading, So I figure ill get rid of it in favor of a 102" stainless whip ( http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...tId=2102428&cp ) Would it be a worthwhile upgrade? Or should I got with a 4ft fiberglass antenna. Also, is the 102" worthwhile without it being the full 108" I guess the 108" comes from the spring. |
