Is that 18 watts on 27 MHZ or spread to 54 and 81 MHz as well?

Just dont need it..also picked up a Cobra 200 GTL DX and it easily out
talks it due to the higher wattage. Fact is the front end recieve is
better on the 2547. BTW what kind of question is this anyway?
