Proven Yagi design needed

Hi !

I am new in CB-radio. Now i am using 1/2 wave antenna, but i'd like to
make some long distance DX connections. Did you guys have any proven
3-5 elements Yagi design (with element lengths, etc), which i can make
in my garage ?

A 2 element Quad will provide a surprising amount of gain for the size
compared to a yagi and you don't need to use tubular aluminum either in the
element construction.

Take a look at the URL's below for some designs.

Good luck.

Thanks. Aluminium is no problem for me. Do you have any yagi's too ?

Yeah, for 432 MHz, and a 40 inch parabolic disk for 2.4 GHz, both for
satellite work.
