Ummm... I kinda hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but those
cards aren't worth anywhere near the cost of any decent portable or
mobile radio that I know of.

In summary, the DAC960's (there's no such thing as a "DAP960" that
I know of) seem to be going for between $30 - $50, and even at $30
they're slow to move.
