DigiPan 1.7 with PSK63

You'll typically find PSK63 in the upper 1500 hz of a PSK sub-band. On 20m,
for example, look between 14072.5 and 14074. I often call CQ on 14073, and
am often rewarded with a PSK63 QSO.
