I prefer MSYS, it's easy to setup and has a nice interface compared to
what's available... Runs under MS-DOS.

For dialup BBS, I like SearchLight (dunno if still available) and WildCat
BBS. They have had a Windows version for quite some time.

SynchroNet is a nice dialup/telnet BBS too, used with HyperTerminal you can
use ANSI graphics.

Can you be a little more specific? Is this for packet
or dial up or Internet?
For packet there is W0RLI, F6FBB(sp?) and MSYS. For
dial up there are a number of software programs that
also tie into the Internet.
