Try MixW2..

MixW2 will receive Pactor level 1, but won't transmit. This is not a
technical, but rather a licensing issue. Seems that www.scs-ptc.com and the
MixW authors did not come to an agreement.

I see that you are using windows, if you throw that out and install
linux instead then there's a solution:

Probably, but I've never tried.
I've compiled it on a Mandrake 9.2 and I'm going to
test it on the air.
