Help me get forwarding for a new bbs?

Hello. I am setting up a bbs here in Maine in a part of the packet
network that is cut-off from the rest. There are no other VHF
forwarding partners. My only options are H.F. forwarding or Internet
feeds. Could someone please help me with both?
