Absolutely. Nice sentiment on Hans' part, but if you want to donate
anything and be relatively sure it gets there, just give it to the
International Red Cross.

I'm not sure if International Red Cross is any better than the American Red
Cross or any of the other agencies I've listed, and I don't want to start a
