Coax question?

How many years can you expect good quality coax to last when it is out
in the sun and weather?

It's like real estate. Location, location, location, and of course the
brand, if it is in direct sunlight, buried, or what have you. The coax
might go anywhere from 10 to 25 years. Not much of an answer, but it is
in the ballpark..Big ballpark there.

Coax question?

Davis "Bury Flex" 9914 (direct bury coax) has a 20 year service life and has
very low loss figures nearly the same as 9913. It can be buried directly
into the earth and is very abrasion resistant, non-contaminating and
requires no further protective conduit, pvc pipe etc.
