LAST REMINDER!!! Alan, VK4AAR, states, "I am desperately trying to help
DXers by reminding them of the nearness of the cut-off date for the
current style of IRC (expires 31/12/2006). I have not managed to get a
reminder published on any bulletin since the first information a couple
of months ago (ed. that is not actually true Alan; read OPDX.778, October
2nd). I have not yet received a NEW style IRC ... and that worries me!
Seven weeks to go and the post office will not accept the present one ...
so the DXer loses. DXers can E-mail me for FULL and GENUINE details which
I received from the Universal Postal Union in Switzerland." His E-mail
address is:
ADDED NOTE: Alan also states that if anyone can use some IRCs (due to
expire 31/12/2006) he can supply them at a good rate. He receives 1.85
(AU dollars) in value for each at his post office (that's 1.50 USD). Alan
can supply at the same price ... 10 for 16.00 USDs (that is ... 15.00
USDs plus 1.00 USD for postage). "E-MAIL HIM FIRST!"
