Default How do you reply to an SWL card?

How should a QSL card in response to an SWL be filled out so it's of
some value to them?

It would depend on the exact format of your QSL card, but basically,
fill out all the normal time, date, and frequency info, then change
the places that imply a two-way contact. For example, in the RST box
you could draw a line or put "SWL." And if your cards have a line that
says, "Confirming QSO with," you could cross out "QSO with" and write
in "SWL by."
