BayCon 2019 Presentation: Successful SOTA Strategies

I was recently invited to do a SOTA presentation at the annual Bay-Net
conference (BayCon).Â* This was my first SOTA presentation, so I had to
create it from scratch and (hopefully) refine it on my own prior to the
conference.Â* Fortunately, planning for this started several months ago, so
I had plenty of time to get it together. It went well!
