P5RAT has shown up on the DX clusters lately. In an attempt to learn
more about this station, I did a Google search on the callsign. One of
the findings mentioned the Japanese group JARL, and since they are close
to P5 I thought that might be useful. The web site is in Japanese, but
Google offers to provide a translation, so I told it to go ahead and
translate the information. Even after translation, much of it was
incomprehensible, but this part was clear and perhaps prophetic:

"The saliva all over is in the eyebrow."
