VU4 QSLs

You can check whether your VU4 QSL cards have been received in India, at
http://www.niar.org/vu4/qsl/ - the site also tells you how many times
you are in their log, although with no band/mode/date/time information.

I found someone who worked them 15 times, but I expect there are worse
offenders!

(N7WS)

No it doesn't - it shows the date/band/mode of the
claimed QSO that is on your QSL card. You are in
their log once, but that might be a 160m PSK QSO
where they mis-copied someone else's call as yours.
