appear on a future NAL to K1MAN for $20K+
in FCC fines. ("from our mouth to G-d's ear")

Sounds like there are some ego-maniacs at work here. I don't see any reason for
most of this other than wanting publicity. I do not know anything about K1MAN,
other than the fact he is trying to be the Howard Stern of Ham radio, or that is
the way it appears to me.

that is what some of the postere want you to think at any rate looking
past the noise he seems to be an obnoxious fellow who has choosen to
test the limits at the FCC.

That is exactly what it appears to me from what I have been reading. He is doing
nothing more than being anti-establishment or anti-government.

Everyone to his own, I guess. Like I said. I am perfectly happy DXing with other
fellow hams, without testing limits or pushing authority.

right now my only concern with K1MAN is that him having largely coosen
to provoke this clash their are good reason he needs to brazen it

he may be making a principled stand on something but in any event
having started this he needs to see it through

Sounds like there are some ego-maniacs at work here. I don't see any reason for

that is what some of the postere want you to think at any rate looking
past the noise he seems to be an obnoxious fellow who has choosen to
test the limits at the FCC. not what I call wise to do so but US law
does not require wisdom of its cirizens (thank the gods or else there
would be no room in jail and kiley no one to gaurd them)

U.S. law requires obedience to that law for all who are "cirizens" or
"non-cirizens". If everyone is in jail, Kiley can "gaurd" them, Colonel.

as point of fact US Law does NOT require any to obey them is simply
provides for penalities if you choose to break them , and get caught,
and have DA (or other figure as approprate) choose to file charges and
after the full due process is gone through

proof of the exist in the way companies sometimes choose to pay fins
rather than comply with dumping rules for example.

BTW as I said NO US LAW or Reg requires or punishses a lack of wisdom
