The hatred being spewed here is all too common in ham radio
today and represents what this once great hobby has degenerated into. When rational minds prevail, virtually all informed sources, both in and out of the FCC, agree that legal precedent is clearly on the side of Mr Baxter, and in the final analysis, Mr Baxter will carry the day, much to the chagrin of his detractors.
