Hi,

Starting August 4, 2003, Hams in The Netherlands may use new prefixes with
shorter suffixes.

All prefixes from PA till PH are available now, suffixes may be 1 to 3
characters long.

On my site you can find a complete list of all Dutch prefixes, and a
listing of all new callsign with the old callsign.
