Text Files of Call Prefixes

Does anyone know where I might download a text file containing a
list of prefixes versus the countries they are assigned to? I have a
programming assignment I am working on that would use this data as a
database. Finding this would save me the trouble of compiling one
myself.

Thanks,

Fred, WB4AEJ

I maintain a colon-separated-value file -- see the
Central Oregon DX Club page (http://www.codxc.org) or
http://www.arrl.org/files/infoserv/tech/dxcck2di.txt .
