Default DX Request

Anyone know of any Newsgroups for DX TV instead of radio? Or can I pose my
question here?

Not aware of a Newsgroup for DX TV but the question and discussions
for TV DXing have been posted on several newsgroups
Go to URL: http://groups.google.com/
Type in TV DX and get many many posts on the subject -- a lot on
rec.radio.shortwave

For example, google revealed , the Worldwide TV-FM DX Association
at URL http://anarc.org/wtfda/
has a TV DXing FAQ

Since the lower TV channels are in the 50 MHz range (Channel 2 is 55 MHz),
the hams who are active on the 6 Meter
band ( 50 - 54MHz) have experience with the propagation characteristics in
this frequency region, so many here will have some input on that. Indeed 6M
DXers watch TV Channel 2 for signs of "skip" due to F-Layer or Sporadic E
propagation (some others as well)

Go ahead and ask. And also try rec.radio.shortwave.

TV DXing will be a lot more interesting than some of the junk recently seen
here.
