BPL endorsed by FCC, another threat to HF ham radio

Thank you Peter for pointing out I failed to check the little box on my att email
screen that includes original message. I agree that it is poor practice to have the

original 300+ lines in my post, so here it is again without the extra junk.

Answer to your question about my talking on the radio that way,

I do not do so !

No reason for you to be nasty !

Perhaps you have taken my post as offensive, my point was that the commissioners
are lawyers, two are not, all have 'advised' or drafted policies to our government
at one time or another. Without technical expertise can the commissioners
understand
what BPL can do to the hf spectrum ?

regards,

brian USA

[Snippo 300 lines of useless fullquote]

You don't have a degree in astrophysics either, otherwise you would have
learnt how to use an editor for trimming redundant lines from your own
postings.

Do you talk that way on the radio?

I think that's a perfectly valid point Brian. How can one regulate
what he can't understand? I see no use for a law degree as one can
easily hire lawyers to create a law from a well thought-out opinion,
but to create such an opinion takes, in my judgement, thorough
knowledge of the subject field.

Frankly, I don't understand what Powell brings to the table.
