4U1UN/Pedro - QSL via?

There were conflicting reports about the QSL route for Pedro's (HK3JJH)
recent 4U1UN operation.

Can anybody confirm whether it is via HK3JJH or the 4U1UN address?

Thanks in advance.

The address is via the PO Box in NYC. Good luck on ever getting a card no
matter whether its HK3JJH or ON4WW operating.

Several years ago some employees decided that 4U1UN was for UN folks only
and on a limited basis. They fired Dave K2GM and the solid QSL manager he
used. Yaesu and Ten Tec pulled their gear. I had given them an Alpha amp
(from the N4IN estate) to use with the Yaesu in a 160 meter station. The
employees have just about removed 4U1UN from the air and have virtually
eliminated getting a QSL. Its a shame ...wish they followed the 4U1ITU
model. Maybe one day the employees who have caused the problem will retire.
There is no reason why access to 4U1UN should be so limited. Plus the
reason HK3JJH was so weak is that those same employees took most or all of
the antennas down. Such a waste!

Perhaps they're following the same logic as the 1A0KM people, i.e. they
want to "keep the country rare". The stupidest thing I ever heard.
