Message to ALL DX Operaters who have worked Amateur Station K8CPA

To Whom it may concern.....

Amateur Station K8CPA lost his logs... What happened was, my computer
developed a problem,
I needed to reformat my machine, and stupid me, I forgot to save the
..ADI file. and of course, the
logs got erased, totally.. All I have is a partial log, saved at
EQSL.NET. which I know isn't my complete
log.

Also, as much as I hate reporting this, but in fairness to those who
have worked me. 2 things.

1. My rig is down, and I'm unable to get on the air any longer, until
said radio is fixed.

2. I am unemployed, The Economy here in this local area is terrible!
Friends of mine have had to
leave this area to find gainful employment. John, N8QGC was one of
them, and another friend, who isn't
a ham, had to relocate as well. I have been unable to find steady
employment since about 2003. So,
quite frankly friends, I'm broke. If it weren't for the fact that I
have wonderful parents, I'd be living under an
overpass somewhere... In fact, things have gotten so bad, that I've
had to do something that I never wanted to
do, I had to use my slight disablity to try and get some sort of
assistance, as it is stated on my
website, I have A.D.H.D. or A.D.D. and I'm attempting to get some sort
of assistance from the
federal government, in the form of Social Security Disablity or SSI
for some income. It's very emberassing and
humbling to have do something of this nature, much less have to admit
it to the Amateur Radio Community,
but it's the truth. and I want to be up front and honest to all the DX
OP's who worked, this is why you haven't
gotten your cards. for one, I cannot afford to join the ARRL and use
thier outgoing QSL Service and I
couldn't possibly afford to send them myself. it's terrible! But, it's
the truth.

So, I'd like to humbly apologize to the DX world for making the
mistake of loosing my logs and
for working all of you and now not being able to send a card. it's my
fault and I humbly ask for your
forgiveness for not sending a reply QSL back.
