DX Summit
 
I have not been able to connect with the DX Summit cluster for several days.
Can anyone provide information on its status?

It's up now (Tues, 0200Z). Often it goes down during big contests.
Perhaps spot overload, or they just turn it off due to exceeding
bandwidth allocation (just a guess).
