VR-5000 performance
 

Hi DX amateurs.

I am looking for someone with experience of the Yaesu VR-5000 RX as a DX
machine.
How is its DX performance compared with others? Anyone seen a pointer to a
comparison or tests?
And does this rig use the same technology as in the Yaesu transceivers?

I need to know more about it since I am giving one or more away on the site
soon.
And if its better than my other rig Icom R75 I was thinking buying one more
to put online.
