There has been some question regarding this station ...YU6AO...heard on one
of the nets that this station does not have HF operating privileges....they
have been very active on CW, SSB and RTTY....

Any info?

Since he is in a new country (which might not have a well-defined
license/operational policy yet) the rules of the previous country may not
apply! He is certainly working hard at handing out QSOs -- I hope letters
(with GSs) make it there and that he responds.
