posting IS allowed (and the O/P-DX-B is also allowed for "rec.radio.info").
It's in the rec.radio.amateur newsgroup hierarchy guidelines and charter. Even
Bill Pasternak's "A R Newsline" drivel is allowed here (but NOT on
"rec.radio.amateur.policy").
