contradiction in terms to me. How can you make the first statement if
you haven't performed a test, at least a minimal one?


I took that to mean physical condition.

Yes cosmetically its fine, I didn't remove it from service, so I describing
what I have, if that's not good enough for ab, than maybe he should get a
