Apparently the SB-604 matches the SB-104 transceiver. I don't have any
more detailed info on it, but the SB-104 operation manual shows a "4 Ohm
Speaker SB-604" connected to the SPKR jack on the back of the transceiver.

In another place, the manual indicates that the SB-104 can be connected to
any speaker in the range of 3.2 to 16 Ohms.
