Hamradio In BOSTON
 
Does anyone knows if there is any Hamradio store in Boston Downtwon or
nearby?

The HRO store in Salem that the other poster mentioned is the closest
specialty store. See www.hamradio.com

Many companies have no retail outlet in MA, but do have them just over
the border in NH. Sales tax.

Some Radio Shacks have a small amount of ham gear, but the selection
is steadily shrinking.

You-Do-It Electronics in Needham just off 128/95, Exit 19A, does not
sell ham radios, but has a lot of accessory items, electronic parts
and tools, and also books on ham radio. It is a worthwhile place for
hams to know about.

There are also various ham radio flea markets around greater Boston.
