Kenwood TS-140s TX output question.
My question is, how can I drop the power on my TS-140s? I am all cw op
here and seems on cw its either all or nothing, a slight movement of the rf slider brings it up to over 100 watts and its hard to control the lower range. I would like to max out at around 50 watts. Any ideas? Thanks, Gil |

Your TS140S has dirty sliders.
Have you tried tuner cleaner in the works? I had to do this same thing to mine a couple years ago, it fixed it so I could at least power down to about 8w. I have heard of guys even replacing the sliders. I have no idea where you'd get them though. 73 de KB9BVN "gil" wrote in message oups.com... My question is, how can I drop the power on my TS-140s?
