M9860 MOTOROLA
 

I've a Motorola M9860 Power Amplifier module ,I like to know if someone
could give me some specifications or at least input/output power.
As you can see, these are 14 years old, and I can't find any
info. Could any one let know the IC's alternative in replace M9860 as soon.
