i have direct, incontrovertable evidence that he is "kiting checks",
ie
writing checks for equipment he buys and asking the person he is
buying
from to hold the check for 1 - 2 weeks. i have been witnessing this
for 2 - 3 years. i have direct, incontrovertable evidence that a old
ham
in the north texas area is still awaiting payment for a very high end
tx/rx after 6 weeks of waiting.

you have been warned.

So call the cops. If there really is criminal activity going on, it
